Shipping will be via UPS, standard ground unless otherwise noted.
UPS Ground Service
Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are estimated to take 1-6 days to deliver; therefore customers can expect to receive their order in 2-9 business days, depending on the final destination.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Properly completed orders received prior to 7 p.m. EST will be processed by the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays. Customers can expect delivery 2 business days after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 2-4 business days.
UPS Next Day Air Saver
Properly completed orders received prior to 7 p.m. EST will be processed by the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays. Customers can expect delivery 1 business day after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customer will receive orders in 1-2 business days.
U.S. Only Shipping
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship or bill orders outside of the United States, or accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. If you are outside of the U.S., please visit your dealer locator for store locations in your area.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
All returns will be handled on an individual basis, we want to provide you with the highest quality and customer service possible and while we realize that all products are not perfect, we do ask that you comply with the following requests while processing a return or exchange.
- All inquiries are to be handled through info@titusti.com or (800) 858-4887.
- All returns must have a return number, and be clearly visible on outside of returned carton.
- All original paperwork must be contained with the returned merchandise
- Please attach a written explanation of the return reason and request of action to be taken
- All returns/exchanges must be completed with (30) days of receipt for refund of cost of goods minus shipping costs incurred
- Beyond (30) days all transactions are on an at will basis, and Titus Cycles retains the right to refuse service at any time for any reason or no reason what so ever.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, no C.O.D. shipments will be received by Titus Cycles.
